Country music artist Jana Kramer recently shared her new single called "I've Done Love." Check out her new song and the lyrics here!

Jana Kramer lets us in on her past relationships with her new single “I’ve Done Love.”

The song was written by Josh Osborne, Nicolle Galyon, and Shane McAnally. It compares love to the effects of drugs and alcohol in terms of its ability to turn lives upside down. Galyon, who produced the track, got lunch with Kramer one day, and then thought of her later when McAnally shared the song during a writing session.

In October 2016, the country singer revealed that her first ex-husband, Michael Gambino, was both emotionally and physically abusive to her. He nearly killed her one time, too. At the time, Kramer admitted that she stayed with Gambino because she was “ashamed” and “terrified to tell anybody.”

Galyon shared with CMT that she felt this song was perfect for Kramer to sing because of her personal connection to its message. “After knowing Jana’s story,” Galyon said, “if felt like it was just sitting there waiting for her.”

After ending her marriage with Gambino, Kramer later married actor Johnathon Schaech. That relationship did not work out either, and she was then engaged to country star Brantley Gilbert. In 2015, she married former NFL player Michael Caussin, and the couple welcomed a daughter, Jolie Rae Caussin, to the world in January 2016. Kramer and Caussin are currently separated and working to salvage their marriage.

“I’ve Done Love” Lyrics

Just cause I don’t wake up with a bottle
And my blood don’t know the fire of cocaine
Just cause my skin don’t know the sting of a needle
That don’t mean that I don’t know the pain

Cause I’ve taken hits, woke up hungover
On a bender, stone cold sober
Slam the door right off the hinges
Hotel rooms and midnight binges
Wrecked my life, had too much
Of things I swore I’d never touch
So don’t tell me I’ve never done the hard stuff
Cause I’ve done love
I’ve done love

I don’t get my fix in some back alley
My tongue still knows the taste of ecstasy
We’re all on the road to chasing happy
But it ain’t a thrill inside a pill that makes a junkie out of me

Cause I’ve taken hits, woke up hungover
On a bender, stone cold sober
Slam the door right off the hinges
Hotel rooms and midnight binges
Wrecked my life, had too much
Of things I swore I’d never touch
So don’t tell me I’ve never done the hard stuff
Cause I’ve done love
Yeah I’ve done love

Love, love, what I need
Up so high but on my knees
In the dark and on the streets
I’ve done love, or has it done me?
Love, love, what I need
Up so high but on my knees
In the dark and on the street
I’ve done love, or has it done me?

Cause I’ve taken hits, woke up hungover
On a bender, stone cold sober
Slam the door right off the hinges
Hotel rooms and midnight binges
I touched the sky, I had it all
I had too much, I had withdrawl
So don’t tell me I’ve never done the hard stuff
Cause I’ve done love
I’ve done love

Love, love, what I need
Up so high but on my knees
In the dark and on the streets
I’ve done love, or has it done me?
