As you might know, the Nashville Predators have miraculously advanced all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals. After beating the Chicago Blackhawks, St. Louis Blues and the Anaheim Ducks, the Preds are battling the Pittsburgh Penguins in the finals. Last night, Music City tied up the series after a convincing 4-1 win. However, the huge victory was not the only thing that had the audience on their feet in Bridgestone Arena. Throughout the entire playoffs, Nashville’s biggest stars have taken turns with the honor of singing the National Anthem before games, and last night Dierks Bentley made an appearance. Although Bentley’s career is incredibly time demanding, he still makes time for his favorite hockey team. Just like many other country stars, the Arizona native makes attending Nashville’s games a priority. Here’s a picture of Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan cheering on Carrie Underwood’s husband, hockey star Mike Fisher, and the rest of the Nashville Predators!

On top of celebrating the team’s success with his buddies, the 41-year-old has inspired the next generation to wear Predator gold. This picture of his three children and his band sporting Nashville’s gear was posted on Bentely’s Instagram page. What a cute photo!

Since this is the Nashville Predator’s first ever Stanley Cup Finals appearance, the whole city has poured out an overwhelming amount of support. Now that the series is all tied up at two games a piece, the Penguins will retake home-ice advantage for game 5. However, because of the NHL’s playoff format, game 6 will automatically be played in Nashville. Luckily for all Predator fans, they are guaranteed another home game. Who do you think will get the honors of singing the National Anthem next?

Be sure to share this fun fact with other Dierks Bentley fans!
